Deadline extension and updates due to the COVID-19 crisis
I am writing to share news of a deadline extension for TIRF’s 2020 DDG competition. The revised deadline is Wednesday, May 27th. Please share this message with your colleagues and via any listservs you may manage.
In addition to the revised deadline, we understand that the COVID-19 crisis has resulted in delays for some DDG applicants relative to the process of obtaining IRB/Ethics approval. If an individual’s DDG application is complete except for IRB approval, s/he should submit her/his proposal by the deadline and include a cover page letting TIRF know when s/he expects to receive approval. TIRF will do its best to work with applicants.
