World CLIL 2022 is an international conference on the topic of Content and Language Integrated Learning (CLIL), on 7-8 July at Leiden University in the Hague, the Netherlands. For those unable to travel, much of the programme will also be available online.

The theme of the conference is ‘Sharing classrooms, sharing worlds’. In other words, we aim to celebrate and learn from the diversity of the CLIL community and of the learners that are present in CLIL classrooms across the world. We are excited to boast a varied programme with contributions from colleagues from diverse local and international contexts. The hybrid programme will include presentations of both research and good practices, practical workshops and symposia, as well as networking opportunities, celebrated keynote speakers sharing different perspectives on the theme, and some surprise entertainment! The conference is aimed at teachers, researchers teacher educators and policy makers.

World CLIL 2022 is a project led by Leiden University and Nuffic, in collaboration with Utrecht University Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences and the Dutch Network of Bilingual Schools.
