Getting started: IAAL. Strengthening international connections

As a fairly young association in Indonesia, the Indonesian Association of Applied Linguistics (IAAL) is keen to be part of AILA primarily because we would very much like to strengthen international connections that will assist our members in a number of areas including international research networks, international publications and other initiatives in advancing applied linguistics. What we look forward to as a new affiliate is support, direction, and constructive feedback to facilitate the development of our association.
