AILA Review: Two Issues per Year, on Hot Topics in the Field
AILA Review is the official scholarly journal of AILA, the International Association of Applied Linguistics. It publishes pioneering and state-of-the-art research done within AILA and the wider applied linguistics community.
From 2021 onwards, the AILA Review will be published twice a year, with one guest edited issue and one open issue. The new format will start with a guest-edited issue at the beginning of 2021. An open issue will follow in autumn 2021. All the new issues will be double-blind peer reviewed.
The 2021/1 issue (volume 34), on Developing shared languages: The fundamentals of mutual learning and problem solving in transdisciplinary collaboration, is guest-edited by Marlies Whitehouse, Henrik Rahm & Séverine Wozniak.
