The 39th Conference of the Spanish Association of Applied Linguistics (AESLA2022) will be held on 27-29 April 2022 at the University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria (Gran Canaria, Spain). The plenary lectures will be delivered by Silvia Betti (University of Bologna), Marina Bondi (University of Modena), María del Pilar García Mayo (University of the Basque Country), and Istvan Kesckes (New York University). Although not limiting, the theme of AESLA2022 is the 'Intercultural perspectives on language varieties’.
